This came out funny, so I decided to upload it. Rigging test work in progress of Rosa made with 3ds Max 2010. The biped animation movements come from the Sample DVD.

Was supposed to be lava, but it kind of exploded. Created during Digital Arts and Entertainment 3D5 classes.

Only 1 compile error needed fixing for getting the NeL plugins for 3ds Max work with the 2010 SDK. Compiled version and source code are available from the NeL website at http://dev.ryzom.com/projects/nel. The plugins are used for editing and exporting 3d and landscape data to the NeL mmorpg engine.

The first video are shiny particles made during Digital Arts and Entertainment 3D5 classes. Multiple renders from 3ds Max put together and made extra shiny in Fusion. F6 overlays are fault of Fusion 6 Learning Edition, and are totally overkill. Second video is a quick attempt at something that kind of looks a bit like fire, made while not paying attention during Digital Arts and Entertainment 3D5 classes. Render time about 7 minutes.

Thanks Autodesk for providing a boxed version of the whole software range for an acceptable price. And thanks mom for paying.
Here's shiny pictures of the box:
